Monthly transfer, relay and Drive download allowances reset at the start of the calendar month in UTC. Stored capacity does not reset.
- Transfer limitsTransfer count and relay traffic are separate, and both are monthly.

FAQ
Plan questions
What resets, how usage is metered and where to manage your plan.
No. Drive storage belongs to the workspace and is shared by everyone in it. Seats decide how many people can join; they do not add storage.
In decimal units: 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes and 1 TB is 1,000 GB. The same figures appear here, in your workspace and on invoices.
Usage & billing warns at 80%, 90% and 100% of each allowance. At 100% new work of that kind is refused until the allowance resets or you choose a bigger plan. There is no automatic paid overage and nothing is deleted.
No. Earlier plans keep the limits and price you bought them with for as long as you keep paying for them. Moving to one of these plans is your choice, reviewed limit by limit first.
Transfer counts, relay traffic and Drive downloads and previews reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Stored capacity, seats and maximum sizes do not reset, and a paid-until date is not a reset boundary.
No. Only bytes forwarded by the encrypted relay count towards the relay allowance. Every transfer, direct or relayed, counts towards the monthly transfer count.
Existing files are kept. If the new plan doesn’t include Drive, members can still list, download within the recovery allowance and delete them; uploads and sharing pause. Above a storage limit, new uploads pause until usage is below it.
